The core of KSE Programs is to provide access to education for underprivileged students, in adherence to the Mission of the foundation. To date, the mission is implemented in three different operational programs.
Regular Scholarship Program
The Regular Program is designed to provide financial assistance for students in need. The participants generally come from low income family with considerable academic results. KSE performs background check with the university when accepting an application. When accepted KSE will support living and educational costs in a periodic disbursement system and participants are required to provide periodical reports. Participants are expected to gain improvements in academic results and networking.
Outstanding Student Scholarship Program
The Outstanding Student Program is designed to reward bright students in their academic or leadership achievements. Notable interest in sciene or social contribution (leadership) and outstanding academic/leadership performance is required from the participants. Admitted participants will have supports on living and educational costs in a periodic or one-off disbursement while they are required to provide periodical reports on the improvement of their activities and achievements, personal contribution and networking.
Professional Development Scholarship Program
The Professional Development Program is designed to develop the student's professional technical competencies. The target participants are students in their last semester with outstanding academic results. They are required to have a measure of mastery in language and technical skills. When admitted, KSE will provide support in career development plans, training and skills improvement, internships and periodical allowance. Participants are required to provide periodical reports on their activities and achievements, personal distribution and network development.
